606/Ron Duffield/The Wounded In The House Of His Friends

Summary: 2000 years ago, the long looked for Messiah came unto His own, but most were not prepared to receive Him. 130 years ago, the Holy Spirit was sent in great measures to us as a people. How was He received then in the revivals of 1892 and 1893, and how will we receive Him today?

Message 06 of the “Christ Our Righteousness” series.

In this series we will take a look at the loud cry message of righteousness by faith which was sent more prominently to the Seventh-day Adventist church during the outpouring of the Holy Spirit which began in the year 1888. We will also look at the revivals which occurred when that message was given free reign and proclaimed among the people and the ministers in 1889 and for many years following. Yet, were the blessed results of the Holy Spirit’s outpouring ever fully realized then? Are we ready for the return of the latter rain today?
